While error 500 issues, could occur also if the file permission for .CGI files is not set to 755, the "Premature end of script headers" error suggests the issue is with the server performance. 1and1 is a terrible hosting platform and is well known for this problem. I would recommend Pair Networks, Inc. and I could also give you a hand to get hosted there, if you need help. But I get stuck right after mt-wizard.cgi. The first step when it asks for path of mt-static, I get a black page after that. I don't know whats wrong. I use netfirms.
